Clarence Elmer Mower died on September 8th 2017 at Hope Hospice in Cape Coral, FL. Clarence was born October 12th 1931 in Palenville, NY, son of Elmer and Mary Mower. He lived in Palenville, NY for over 70 years. Clarence Served in the United States Army during the Korean War where he served for 3 years and achieved the rank of corporal. He was Honorably discharged on January 28th 1954. He worked at Lehigh Portland Cement Company for over 30 years and retired to Cape Coral, FL. He is survived by his wife of 63 years Genevieve Mower, his two daughters Diane McBride of Cape Coral, FL and Doreen Saylor of Windermere, FL and their husbands Malcolm McBride and Randall Saylor. He is also Survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
